Plain-language summary of how AI Call Studio works today. It isn't legal advice.
Your account
When you create a workspace we store your name, your email and your workspace name. Your password is never stored as you typed it: we keep only a salted scrypt hash of it.
Cookies and tracking
We set one first-party cookie, sp_session, which keeps you logged in. It is HttpOnly, so scripts on the page can't read it, and it lasts 30 days. There are no analytics or advertising trackers.
If you pick a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage. It isn't sent to us.
Venue lists and call data
Venue lists you import and the call data you create in your workspace are stored on our server (AWS, in the United States). Call data includes the recording. They are visible only to your workspace. The opening line of a call says that the caller is an AI and that the call is recorded.
Requests from our website
If you ask us to run a first batch, we store what you send (your email, what you sell, who you call and the size of your list) on the same server. We use it only to reply to you.
A do-not-call request stores the phone number, and the venue name if you give one. We keep it permanently, because that is what stops the number from ever being called.
Service providers
When calling is enabled for a workspace, call data is processed by:
- ElevenLabs, which runs the voice agent;
- Twilio, which connects calls to the telephone network;
- OpenAI, which writes the call summaries.
Fonts on our pages load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when your browser fetches them.
Deleting your data
Ask from inside your workspace, in Settings, and we delete the workspace.
Selling data
We don't sell your data.
